Good questions, honest answers

When will my mat arrive?+

Every mat is made to order and ships free within the US. Standard delivery is 8–15 business days. Tablecloths take 4 business days to produce, plus 5–7 business days of delivery. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available at checkout on mats and tile sets.

Which size fits my table?+

Measure your tabletop and choose the size just under it. 31.5" and 33" cover a full four-player table; 20.9" and 26" are great for small tables and travel.

Can I see my custom design first?+

Yes. I send you a proof with your club name, pet or group portrait, and nothing prints until you say you love it.

What if something arrives wrong?+

Because each piece is printed just for you, I can't take returns or exchanges. But if anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, message me and I'll make it right.
