Shipping Policy

Mahj Social ships to addresses in the United States. Every item is made to order, so delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Processing and delivery times

Mahjong mats: 8-15 business days in total (production and delivery).
Tablecloths: 4 business days of production plus 5-7 business days of delivery.
Acrylic tile sets: 8-10 business days of production plus shipping.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipping rates

Free US Shipping: $0.00 on all orders, estimated delivery 7-15 days after production.
Express Shipping: $54.00 flat rate for mats and tile sets, estimated delivery 5-8 days after production.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States only. Taxes and duties, if any, are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in more than one package.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
